We use the “aligned insights matter” concept to teach leaders and teams how to cater (or CATR) their relationships. Just as you would cater an event so participants have a very positive experience, when we learn how to “CATR Your Relationships™”, we create a great experience within the relationship, and positive results follow. The benefit is that when we learn these skills, not only do they benefit the professional relationships, they often benefit personal relationships as well.

The Story That Changed Everything
From Boardrooms to Ghana
In 2008, while searching for purpose beyond corporate success, I traveled to Ghana to help build wells and schools. There, I met an 8-year-old boy who had lost both of his parents. Our souls connected, and soon after, I became his mom.
That moment reshaped my entire approach to leadership. I realized that true leadership isn’t built on strategy alone, it’s built on alignment, connection, empathy, and compassion. Which are all ways we make love visible in every area of our lives.
From that experience, I carried a conviction: business, like life, is best done with heart. That belief became the foundation of the CATR Your Relationships framework I use today to help leaders and teams transform cultures.
